My annual girls Christmas getaway stay was a blast at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a queen size sofa bed, and the staff was attentive to my concerns, even offering me half off my second night. The service was exceptional, with friendly and caring staff who went the extra mile to meet our needs. The location near the highway was surprisingly quiet and conveniently close to the 12 Oaks Mall for great shopping and dining. The dining options, though simple, included some of the best hotel coffee I've ever had. Overall, a delightful stay with great value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, ensuring a quieter environment, with numerous bars and restaurants within a few miles to satisfy any palate. The rooms would benefit from upgrades in decor and carpeting, harking back to the late 80s, yet the view overlooking the pond was a nice touch. Although the initial impression of the location was debatable, the proximity to great shopping and eateries in walking distance and quick access to activities is a plus.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were not spotless but still comfortable, resembling the size of a small apartment. The service, while lacking front desk presence in the morning, was above average with polite and helpful staff ensuring our stay was going well. The location, conveniently situated in the northwest suburbs near the highway but quieter, met my needs perfectly. The dining experience was adequate, offering traditional shabu-shabu before hitting the road. The facilities were satisfactory, though improvements could be made in cleanliness.
